Frequently Asked Questions

Who will I be speaking with during my coaching/consulting sessions?
Answer: Bella Isis herself.

How long are each coaching/consulting session?
Answer: 1 hour

Do I have to call or you call me?
Answer: No. After payment, you will be given your private video/conference website address on our site that has a “Zoom-like” feature where you can see and speak to Bella Isis “live” during your session(s). Nothing to download.

What do I need in order to view/speak to you during my live session(s)?
Answer: You will need a stable Internet connection as the live sessions are conducted virtually on our website online.

  • To “watch” you will need access to video on your device (similar to when you watch Youtube).
  • To “speak” live during your session(s), you will need audio/mic on your device.

Works on all smartphones, PC, Macs, Android/IPhones, desktop, laptops and tablets.

What if for some reason I am having difficulties with audio/speech/video during my session(s)?
Answer: We always provide a backup “live text chat” feature in case we need to troubleshoot any problems before/during your session.

What if I cannot make it to an appointment online?
Answer: We ask that you please notify us as soon as possible. There is NO CHARGE to re-schedule, but as a courtesy, please use either the live text chat or email/cancel your session at least 1 hour beforehand. Then use the Contact page to request to reschedule (do not use the booking tool, we will need to manually add you.)

Important: Missed or cancelled appointments are re-scheduled on a “first-come, first-serve” basis.

What is your refund policy?
Answer: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS GIVEN – NO EXCEPTIONS.

You may reschedule at your earliest convenience at no additional charge, but we do NOT give refunds.
